Template for Aircraft Antenna

Like lots of scale model enthusiasts, I build 144th plastic aircraft. I suck at Photo Etch though. That's disappointing since at this scale, the best "look" for certain antenna is the thin metal material. I struggle with handling parts like the VHF blades found on many military aircraft and similar items. I'm wondering if there is a template sheet that might be scalable to allow me to use paper instead of the fiddly, loss prone, and expensive PE products.

Anyone work on this or know where I can shop?

Why don't use acetate? You can find a lot of widths and hardness in a lot of daily bought supermarket boxes.

You can also paint the paper piece with Super Glue. That makes the paper/card stiff as a piece of plastic.
