I have slowed down a bit due to real life work, and a bit because I released another Dc-9-32.

Anyway, the tail and wings are designed and printed. I'm going to do a support similar to the one I did in the Stranraer, to help the modeler to place the wings in the right position and with the right dihedral.

Today, when I was moving the sideboard where I hold all my planes, ships and submarines, a feet went loose and everything inside it fell to the floor and almost was smashed by the weight of the furniture.

So the Saro London is going to be in hold by a few days. And frankly, I haven't want to see what happened with my Stranraer and He 115. Just each of this ships was a year of work

Oh my friend! I'm sorry for you loss! I hope you fix and recovery all models! And in the next for more safe, remove the models for forniture. One time in year I remove more of 300 models for my cabinet for clean, is a tedious and dangerous task, but I prefer because moving with models inside for me is a danger.

My sympathy for the loss of so much work! I hope you will be able to salvage most of those beautiful models.

After spending days repairing paper and plastic planes, and gifting and dumping ships, today at last finished the fuselage strips of my model.

I repeat that the model that will be published won't have all this work, it will be easier and the finish will be better. But as allways, the first one is allways the first.

But, designing the remaining parts, I found that the wing floats of the prototype are different that the ones of the production models. Good, more realism and detail.

Anyway, tomorrow I start to assemble the wings and tail while designing engines and floats.

This weekend I'm assembling the tail, and tomorrow I hope to buy more aluminium and green paint (Dark Slate Grey)

Well, I had good and bad news.

The bad news, the only models store in all of Venezuela is closed.
The good news, I found a very similar dark green in another unrelated store. I'm very happy that I found it!

Today I finished the assembly and paint of the tails. You can see again the similitudes and differences with the Stranraer.

Soon I'll assemble the wings and start the design of the engines. This alpha test is necessary to detect small details to correct, like the width of the base and the end of the vertical tail inner spine
