Weird sense of deja vu seeing the fuselage coming together again!
At this scale and with thick formers this construction method clearly works. At 1:72 and larger I'd reccomend the designer's suggestion to add additional glue tabs. |

Thanks my friends! Indeed the hull are more laborious and complicated then Stranraer I build before. But are fun for me.
Continuing the construction of the fuselage after all the sets were added, it was the turn of the keel, quite laborious due to the numerous transitions of shape, it was slowly glued segment by segment, still missing the back part in the tail area. Continue soon... |

Good work Péricles. I see you've made the display stand already - a useful part when the bottom of the model is the shape that it is.

Thank you friends for your interest.
This is the most challenging model of Draco I've ever built, the last two sections of the fuselage were removed, I didn't like the result on the keel, that part will be redone today. This model needs a lot of attention and I look at photographs and references, so as not to make mistakes. |

Draco has updated the instructions with more details after I made at least two mistakes with the upper wing. I hope he has sent these to you.

Gomidefilho, I tried to simplify this model compared to the Stranraer. Well, I'm going to try another approach with my new Do-24t.

Fuselage Complete
Thanks for the comments friends!
In fact, my review of the fuselage has more to do with my self-criticism than the instructions or the engineering of the model, although it is complex and the shapes of the plane don't help either, the keel has a complex transition and it was there that I messed up. My suggestion for building this model regarding the fuselage is to build the fuselage in sets and then glue them together, this makes it easier to control alignments. |

Péricles, there is a small issue with the model - the wing former 'I' really ought to be glued in place before fuselage parts 4 and 5 are joined. It it attached to the fuselage former D and holds the lower wings in position. You might be able to cut I in half and insert it through the gaps?

Because is 1/100 scale, he can skip the part or use wire. As I said, I'm curious.
