Yes, Siwi, there are a lot of options!

Right now I'm working on the four reincarnations of the CM+RY / F2-90. On 31 October 1944 a Luftwaffe Do 24 rescue aircraft, CM-RY, was flown from Nest (Unieście) in Pomeriania to Sweden by a deserting mechanic, Heinz Roesch, and his girlfriend. Roesch was hired as an adviser and the Do 24 entered service with F2 wing at Hägernäs, today the Täby seaplane flying club. It served in the rescue role until 1951.
I have already done the last two paint schemes and just remain to do the two first ones.
The final pack (or combo) will be released together with a great discount. For many of you that can't wait, the metalic F2-90 has been already uploaded to ecardmodels in both sizes (1:33 and 1:72) and should be ready to download this weekend.

Today I finished the swedish combo, including four airplanes in just one pack. It's unloaded in ecardmodels, but still not published, so wait for a few days. Same with the F2-90 bare metal.

Meanwhile I found another interesting Do-24 from the Seenotstaffel 6, the KD+GA, with yellow tails and cowls.

I'm planning to finish the one in the RAAF, and later both spanish ones. I haven't done them because the gunnery positions were open and I need to draw them, so there will be a small redesign of the gunnery sections to ressemble more the real inside of the plane.

Update: the metalized F2-90 version, 1:72 and 1:33 scales, is available from ecardmodels.
The Combo12, covering the four reincarnations of the CM+RY / F2-90, is avalable too but only in 1:72 scale.

The CM+RY / F2-90 1:33 combo has been uploaded, awaiting to be published. The 1:72 version is currently ready to download.

I'm repainting the DQ-H from the Raaf, previously the X-10.
It's notewhorty that this plane is not a Do-24T but a Do-24K, being them the planes build before the WWII.
Instead of the Bramo 323R-2 Fafnir, they had P&W R-1830, so there will be changes in the engines, cowls and there will be an extra air intake.
It seeeems that the rear turret was bigger than the one in the Do-24Ts, I'm researching that.
For more information about this planes, see GEOFF GOODALL'S AVIATION HISTORY SITE

As you can see, there are some differences between the K and T versions or the Do-24.
I have printed the new tail section and one of the new cowls and engines, so I can make a test.
gomidefilho told me to make a "Do-24 of the Pacific" pack, and I like the idea. They would compress the X-1, this DQ-D and the one on static display at the Nationaal Militair Museum in Soesterberg, Utrecht.
If you stop to think why the "X-24" in the museum has the latter cowls instead the ones I'm doing now, it's because that one is really a spanish Do-24T with the squared windows instead of the real one that was scrapped between Dec 1944 and Dec 1945. So I have been very clear that I did the one in the museum. In a way, it's more interesting because you'll be assembling an actual plane that can be seen any moment that you want.

The 1:33 version of the CM+RY / F2-90 combo is available to be downloaded from ecardmodels. Four different reincarnations of the same plane!

Meanwhile, DQ-Q is being painted while I test the cowls and tail changes at the same time. I expect to finish it this week, and have it ready to download next weekend.

So, enjoy four planes at the same tame, from the original german to the final full metalic one! Both 1:72 and 1:33 are available!

Today I uploaded on ecardmodels the french 30.S.2 in 1:72 scale, and started the corresponding 1:33. As always, it will be available in a few days.

I'm planning to continue the Raaf version tomorrow, because today had too many real life work. I hope to finish it before this weekend.

I have been researching the D-A+EAV too, and it's interesting in the sense that it is a Do-24N. 13 incomplete Dutch Do 24K-2s being built in Holland after the german invasion were completed for the Luftwaffe for air-sea rescue, powered by three 750 kW (1,000 hp) Wright R-1820-G102 engines. As supplies of spares for the R-1820s ran out, surviving aircraft were re-engined with 645 kW (865 hp) BMW 132N radials. On this case, the only visible difference between the Do-24K and N will be that the air intake under the engines is the one used by the T versions.

Today ecardmodels made available the french Do-24T 30.S.2 in both sizes 1-72 and 1-33.
I included two more planes to my Do-24 series: the DO-24N D-A+EAV and the Do-24T KD+GA yellow tail from Seenotstaffel 6.
Actually the Royal Australian Air Force Do-24K D-QH is almost ready, just remain to do the beta-test of the engines and tail.
The X-1 is starting to be painted. I found a colored picture that shows this plane pearl colored, but the real tone is RLM_02_Grau.
I found, too, two pictures from 1980 that show the remains of the real plane.
About the spanish planes, I need to beta-test the open holes of the turrets. Once done, I'll start to repaint.

DQ-H will be finished and uploaded today (1:72 scale). As you can see, just two small parts of the cowls remain.
X-1 will be finished and uploaded tomorrow (1:72 scale)
KD+GA Seenostaffel 6 will be finished and uploaded tomorrow (1:72 scale)
All of them will be converted to 1:33 before next weekend, and uploaded.
Both "Dorniers of the Pacific" Combos will be uloaded in a few days, before next week.
(BTW, the font that I'm using for many of this planes is called Blockschrift für Flugzeuge and is free to download)

So the DQ-H has been finished and uploaded, will be available in a few days.
X-1 is being painted, hope to finish it this afternoon.
You can see the changes with the engines cowls of the Do-24K version, that include shorter cowl, one more air intake and an oval lower air intake.
So far, I have done four versions of the DO-24: K, N, T with rounded windows and T with squared windows on the left side.
And rounded, squared, covered and open options of each of the three turrets. And with or without guns.
It gives me (7 kinds of frontal turret)*(6 kinds of dorsal turret)*(6 kinds of rear turret)=252 turret combinations ().
So, enjoy and expect the "Dorniers in the Pacific" combo soon!
