The second "What if" repaint has been released by ecardmodels!

All three of this repaints are based in the assumption that the Do-24T was keep in production after WWII, and that there wasn't an oversurpluss of PBY Catalinas.

Each one of this "What if" models have the identification and markings of a real life plane. This one was famous in Chile, and its name means "Good luck bird".

I expect to build the Beta-test of my new proyect today. It's not an hidro so it will be a total surprise!

Having finished the SLAM PLUTO, and while I'm designing my next proyect, I'm proceding to do the last three versions of the Do-24.
One is a Do-24N, the intermediate model between the original Do-24K and the final Do-24T.
Another, a captured Do-24T in soviet markings. This one surrendered at Trelleberg in Sweden on 9th May 1945. Dornier Do 24T-2 Werk Nr. 115 5W+BU of SeenotStaffel 50 was handed over to the Soviet Union on August 14th 1945. This Do-24 was used for many years as transport while in service with Polarnaya Aviatsiya (Polar Aviation).
And the last a "What if" Do-24t whit the colors of the Quebec Government.

Ecardmodels has just released the 1/72 version of KD+GA. This plane was a Do-24N, the intermediate version between the original american engined model and the final german engined one.
I couldn't upload the 1/33 version by just a few minutes, so it will be available the next update.

Meanwhile I'm designing two new models, one of them a classical amphibian, and another one a design that will let your eyes wide open.

Enjoy the KD+GA!

Ecardmodels has just released the 1:33 version of KD+GA. This plane was a Do-24N, the intermediate version between the original american engined model and the final german engined one. This should be the next to last model, just remaining one Do-24T captured by the URSS to do.

So, enjoy the KD+GA!

After releasing the 1:33 version of KD+GA, I'm starting the last of y Do-24s, the one that surrendered at Trelleberg in Sweden on 9th May 1945, and was handed over to the Soviet Union on August 14th 1945. This Do-24 was used for many years as transport while in service with Polarnaya Aviatsiya (Polar Aviation).
First I was planning to paint it as was when captured, but later decided to paint it as it was when flying with Polarnaya Aviatsiya.

This plane (in both scales) should be uploaded tomorrow and with a bit of luck, be ready to download this Sunday.

So, enjoy!

Needless to say, someone needs to do the Be-6 and ski Li-2 in that paint scheme!
