Triplanes 1/50

Last year I decided to build some various triplanes in 1/50 scale until this October, so this is the third one: Pfalz Dr.1, out of downscaled ORLIK papercraft, and then pictures of all the three I built so far - Pfalz with Blackburn and Lloyd.

Good show . . . well done.
The photos of the Pfalz Dr.1 triplane are perfect.
The "yellow" aircraft is very interesting.
Have never seen that configuration before now.

Thanks for nice comments.

The yellow airplane is Blackburn Triplane from 1917.

Thanks for the additional photos.
Fascinating. They came up with everything in those days.

Another small Triplane is the Sopwith one.

What I plan next are the ones from S&P "WWI Special Planes Bundle 4" - Pensuti and Clement

Lovely work. Excellent photos.
I thought the German Air Force was the only one using "triplanes".
However, I see others used them as well.

Magnifique ! I do love these models ! They are very beautiful !

I understood Pfalz is from Orlik; what about the Lloyd and Blackuburn ?

Thanks !
