Working on the landing gears and started adding a few details (little winglets on the intakes and refueling probe).

Good progress! I would recommend a technique called 'edge coloring' if you're interested. Basically you can use a pen or marker to color the white edges of the paper that peek out in your build. This is a good technique to apply to the edges of most parts, but IMO it's most notable in places like the wheels. Since they're black, the white edge of the paper is going to stand out!

I usually run a ultra-fine Sharpie over the edges of my wheels and am pleased with how they turn out

For now, I've used all the paper pieces that came with the model. So, I added the last remaining details. Here are some pictures.

Here's one finding after this retry, which I'd like to improve on. It wasn't so bad at 1/100, but when using thicker paper at 1/48, the joints between pieces, especially fuselage, are very visible and fitting the pieces together is harder. I was wondering if I should cut the glue tabs and put them inside. And when it's not fuselage pieces, is there any advice to make them perfectly fit without visible joint?

Paperengineer is absolutely correct. Edge coloring helps enormously with hiding our little mistakes and edges of parts. I have a handful of pencils handy for that but 75% of the time I use normal school pencils,usually soft 4B ,sometimes even construction grade pencil (I have a lot of those for free at work). With models in grey/green camouflages pencil can't be beat imho.

As for glue tabs you can always build next model with tabs inside and see how it works for you. I always put mine under joints,not so much bc of tab but glue doesn't show nearly as much.

Internal DIY glue tabs are pretty easy. I just cut a strip of paper roughly the same shape as the join and then cut triangle slopes away from the edges so it doesn't overlap any other tabs that might be needed. Varnishing the model when finished also helps strengthen joints.
