Lockheed T-33 DGA models

Design Group Alpha has 53 Shooting Stars that were previously published. Now we are updating the graphics and hope to republish them soon. I only have 49 left to build.

The T-33 is a firm favourite with a lot of people. And I'm one of 'em!

Nice models Jim.

Shooting Stars and Silver Stars

These are the first seven Design Group Alpha 1:48 scale Lockheed T-33 Shooting Stars and Canadair CT-133 Silver Stars:

I will work on getting more pictures tomorrow, as I am presently building my 14th Shooting Star

The models have been greatly improved since they were first published in 2007. Now with detailed landing gear, and much better graphics.

They have not been available for several years, and we are working diligently to get them all re-published. We have more than 50 liveries.

The first of the 50 + models has been submitted to Ecardmodels for distribution.

Blue Angels!

The first model we are publishing is in the Blue Angels livery as she looked as their liaison bird in 1952-1954

A great display of T-33s. I have a fondness for this airplane since during an exchange visit in 1963, I had a ride in one that was a squadron hack of the 3rd Bomb Wing at Tachikawa Air Base in Japan. Unfortunately, I do not have a record of the serial number.

nice models of this iconic bird. Unlike Don, I never had the privilege to ride in one, but my dad did part of his training in this plane, a long time ago.
