Thanks, Greg. Although, you could teach a master class in paper modeling so don't expect too much...I just hope they are kind of fun to watch and not too boring.

I got the main fuselage skins on and it really looks like a Camel at this point. I think machine guns next and try to finish the forward "hump" and then it'll be on to the wings!

Thanks for looking,
Dan

This is so beautiful!

By coincidence, I'm currently reading my old 1970 copy of the Harleyford book on Sopwith. Bruce Robertson, Sopwith: The Man and his Aircraft.

Thanks RM and Don!

DON: I have...I think the title is...Pure Luck all about Tommy Sopwith. I'll need to dig that sucker out in his honor.

Thanks for following the build. See you on-line soon...Dan

Got some more done including the engine. The cowling is just sitting unfinished to see how things line up. It'll look pretty nice once filled and sanded!

More soon...Dan

Well done Dan, beautiful engine but a pity is mostly hidden by the cowling. A true Sopwith in the making. One of my favorite WW1 aircraft!

Thank you, RM and Erik. I'm really enjoying this kit.

Since last time, I finished up the cowling, added the engine and cowl and put on the tails. Now I need to do some rigging in the back end. Oh! I also made my own seat belts if you can see them on the seat and added a ring site (that needs to be painted!).

Moving right along...Dan
