An unknown Alouette III paper model
Greetings to all
Maybe some modeler from the Netherlands can help us gather information about the Alouette III paper model whose image is attached. I found this while browsing the web, I found this in the following link: Modelbrouwers.nl modelbouw • Toon onderwerp - 1964-2014 - 50 jaar Alouette III bij de KLu I even tried to type the web address that appears at the bottom of the paper model sheet but I was not successful, I probably made mistakes in one of the characters that appear blurred |

Meteor,
I seems to have originated here, toward the bottom page, but I can't see the image: Vliegtuigen & Helikopters "-" Cadstudio Gerjo |

For what can see it seems a little boxy model, the nose is boxy.

Thanks for the link, I was also able to locate it after taking a closer look at the large letters in the lower left corner of the paper model sheet. I wrote an e-mail to the contact address of Cadstudio Gerjo asking where I can buy or obtain this model, it seems that they are not final editors or vendors of their models, but rather design and print them on behalf of clients. I have also requested images of an assembled model of their Alouette, since the corresponding images on their website are blocked as you indicate. Let's hope there is news from them |

Thanks also for your comments, looking at the few pieces of the paper model sheet, it really seems to be a fairly simple or elementary model similar to a box model, however the fact that the bubble is made up of three parts, maybe it makes it somewhat more volumetric than a simple box model, this seems to be seen also in the fuzzy assembly schematic at the bottom right of the model sheet. I think that modeling the bubble shape of the Alouette is somewhat difficult to achieve, I am still fighting with the S&P 1/100 Alouette paper model and so far I have not been able to get satisfactory results. Hopefully in the future someone else will be interested in designing this small but very useful and widespread helicopter with another approach. |
