Triplanes 1/50
Last year I decided to build some various triplanes in 1/50 scale until this October, so this is the third one: Pfalz Dr.1, out of downscaled ORLIK papercraft, and then pictures of all the three I built so far - Pfalz with Blackburn and Lloyd.

Good show . . . well done.
The photos of the Pfalz Dr.1 triplane are perfect. The "yellow" aircraft is very interesting. Have never seen that configuration before now. Mike Last edited by Michael Mash; 01-17-2023 at 11:39 AM. |

Thanks for nice comments.
The yellow airplane is Blackburn Triplane from 1917. |

Another small Triplane is the Sopwith one.
What I plan next are the ones from S&P "WWI Special Planes Bundle 4" - Pensuti and Clement |

Lovely work. Excellent photos.
I thought the German Air Force was the only one using "triplanes". However, I see others used them as well. |
