Ju-87 Winter Camo

Decided to pull this out of the collection and put it together.

The cockpit was tedious but otherwise straight forward. It looks pretty good.

I had a piece left over from the nacelle because the instructions were a bit unclear to me. After putting it together, it wasn't a significant part and is a non-issue for me.
The propeller was easy enough and looks good.

The tail structure was quite floppy so I stiffened it up with some balsa.

The little gusset that connects the dorsal to the tail leading edge was exactly the same space as needed to be filled so that meant it was edge glued all around.

The insignia is not printed on this kit so I "borrowed" one from another model in the collection which was copied and cut out and then pasted on.

Do we call that "pre-paper" around here?

Very nice start. Clean build.

I do like this colour scheme.

Hard stock. Just a bit stiffer and thicker than Card stock.
