Typhoon Mk1b, Thai Paperworks, 1/48
This is an excellent model of a macho plane that looks like it has a bad attitude.
As usual with Thai Paperworks models it is a well thought out and a straight forward build, the only problem I had was the tail wheel, which I couldn't figure and the instructions are just an expanded view. The things I did differently than designed is cut out the wheel wells and put and black panel behind them and made the propeller spin. The wings I reinforced with additional support between the formers to keep them from twisting. Mike |

Nice build Mike. Not too many Typhoons were seen in this desert camo scheme.

Great model and great build! A real beast of an aircraft, with hints of the Hawker Hurricane in its appearance.
