Thanks all, it's a joy to build, but photographing the ready model is also fun to do. I still use a Canon G-11 for pictures, better than a phone, although you still have to do some work before pressing the shutter.
I noticed, that Yankeekilo is designing the DC 5, the Douglas feederliner that got caught by WW II and then was eclipsed by the Convairliner as a modern liner. Can't wait for it to be ready. I did a scatch-built of the DC-5 many years ago. Anyway, Go Propliner, Go!

You said we should look at your earlier threads to see your discussion on the silver card.

But there are so many! My favorite silver seems to be discontinued.

If you click on my avatar in the forum, you get a long list of my contributions. In that long list of contributions, then click on my name (scon10), you will see an overview of my contributions. Click statistics and then Threads started by scon10. There you will the threads on the DC-5, 7c, Electra and the other subjects, where the silver card is also explained

actually your DC-5 was an inspiration to make it, the model is ready, I'm just waiting for the beta test to be completed. I guess we share similar interest related to paper model aircraft
