Looking for some Jet Fighters

I am on a kick for building Jet Fighters. I have found the vast majority of the models I want for my fleet, but there are 3 that I am still looking for:

F-35 Lightning II

Sukhoi Su-47 Berkut

Saab Ja-37 Viggen

I am after models with a decent amount of detail in around 1/48 or 1/50 scale, Not interested in the Ojimak models.

All help is appreciated!
