Whenever possible, I fix the landing gear wires the way shown in the pictures. As you can check in picture 54, I made cuts on the main spar to make way for the wire to pass and closed them with card bits on both sides of the spar. Skinning the wing proved trouble free, despite the large cuts for the separate flaps.

That's a good technique with the LG support wires, helps prevent play along all axis but allows for adjustments.

@Erik – The same text is printed on the Bf-109 T2 and the Bf-110G2, albeit with different graphics. I wonder if it was common practice…
@Siwi – precisely! The link is both strong and ductile, because the (not so) weak element is the wire.
The propeller has just 3 blades. However, they are very broad and take time to shape.

It does make sense to label things where high explosives are concerned - a safeguard against fitting the wrong ordnance to the wrong part of the airframe. Also, given that these things were designed to be jettisoned, labelling it 'not a bomb' would prevent civilians panicking and wasting time getting the bomb squad out if it fell in a settlement.

@Siwi - both reasons make sense, particularly the second.

The wheels were modeled using the rolled paper method. At the time, I had no easy access to a large format plotter. Only to a A4 printer. So, many sections were needed to model a single tire. Moreover, I choose to print on portrait format (instead of landscape) because the ordinary printer paper is much easier to roll on this direction.
