Sukhoi Su-25UTG Ukranian Air Force 1/100 Scale - Paperenginner
Well friends, I finished my Sukhoi Su-25UTG model of the Ukrainian Air Force in present time, during the war that is taking place between Russia and Ukraine. The Su-25 was developed in the 1970s in the USSR as a specialized close attack and interdiction aircraft on the battlefield, used in numerous conflicts at the end of the cold war and in the last three decades by several countries. The project proved to be adaptable and resistant to any operating condition. Unlike many Soviet projects, few variants and generations were created, among them the UTG, (Uchebno-Trenirovochnyy s Gakom) stands out among them, developed for training in aircraft carrier deck simulations, with landing gear reinforced and arrestor hook, this particular version was converted from UB aircraft taking into account the possibility of short landings as a tactical element. Ukraine, as one of the largest heir states of the USSR military machine, had the second largest Su-25 force numerically speaking, this force however was aged at the beginning of the War with Russia and with few units available. Scenario that has changed with many planes that were deactivated or in storage that were put back into service. 1/100 scale model by Paperenginner and repainted by Tigertony100.

Excellent builded! The fruit of three sleepless nights and hard work, but he's shooting! (literally). Thank you very much Per for putting together my repaint and thanks to Gregory Capps who designed it.

Excellent multiple player effort! Good to see a weapons load too. Su-25s are like the A-10- they both look incomplete without one!
