Third part of the series, Louis Blériot and his type XI. The Fiddlersgreen Maquette is not the best on the market but it is sufficient for such a small size and easy to assemble.

The Brazilian Alberto Santos-Dumont is one of the greatest aviator of this time, an authentic hero (first man to possess the three pilot's licenses: balloon, dirigible and aeroplane). I have also built several of his planes in 1/200 (from Fiddlersgreen).

I once read that Santos-Dumont used to fly into Paris in one of his little dirigibles, descend to a favorite bistro, tie his airship to a gaslight, and go into dinner, afterward flying home.

I consider his story too good to check.
