Seriously, I think an additional challenge will be making the instructions as there are so many of the same kinds of parts, but with small differences.

So good to hear !!!!

Yes rigging will be challenging, for sure. However I feel it's manageable with a little organisation ... I'll see it by myself

Thank you guys. I´ll try to be as simple and smooth as possible with this particular model. I'll design only what is needed, avoiding overdesign but keeping it accurate.

Caproni CA-60. wing profiles had to be designed since no decent blueprints exist, rudder sections lay above and below mid aft wing hence the importance of having accurate wing profiles

This is the lay out of the unfolded model delivered by pepakura, definitely an unbuildable model, of course the final commercial paper model will be a more friendly design.

Sometimes I ask myself. I'm designing quite underground airplanes. Should I move to design another P-51, thunderbolt, or 747? No, I'm designing these models because those are the ones I always wanted to have in my collection. I don't care if they are not commercial enough or represent a commercial failure as a paper modeler. I don't even care If people don't follow this effort. for those that follow my projects; thank you so much

The Caproni might be more popular than you anticipate - it has a legendary aura about it as this mad heroic failure. And it's in a Studio Ghibli film!

I agree with you 100%. We are tired of seen Mustangs, Spitfires, Neswserschmitts, Zeros as "new" models.. There are enough excellent quality versions of these beautiful airplanes. Obscure or less known aircraft deserve a place as card models. Sometimes unknown aircraft have contribute to aviation development so they must have a prominent place in card modelling without taking into account if people buy therm or not. Keep up the good work, Diego. Best wishes.
