By the way, regarding the shortcomings of this model, there is a noticeable distortion in the design of this model, as there is no extension of the wing root towards the rear between the trailing edge flaps and the fuselage. |

Hi Draco,
This may be a coincidence. I just saw a brand new brand launch a new model, which happened to be a Mosquito fighter with a glass nose. Last edited by ferrarifan; 01-03-2024 at 06:46 AM. |

Not a fighter. They cam in B. FB. PR. T versions.
Glazed nose indicates a B series. |

Sorry for my momentary negligence, of course she is a bomber.

Great build! The seam joints are perfect. But shouldn't gun barrels be the color of "Gun metall"?

Actually, I have tried to paint the barrel with gun metal, but I found that this would make the interlaced holes less noticeable and even invisible. So I used lighter silver to cover the darker color, which better highlighted the black of those holes. |

I use dry pigment for this. This is not paint. He doesn't score anything

Wonder if you would try Aaron Murphy's Mossies that have only 5 formers for the fuselage, certainly not as meticulous as Polish papermodels. Here's the link of my work, using photoprint paper. https://www.papermodelers.com/forum/555031-post38.html
I think it's even more challenging during the build process - how to make it look good! |
