Thanks, Kurt
The last details – canopy, inflight refuelling probe aerials and pressure probes. A bit of the top fuselage skin, just behind the canopy, had to be cut to make room for the canopy in the open position. |

What a beautifully designed and built kit. Nice that you kept the canopy open Ricardo, for a good view on the details in the cockpit. Hope you were able to fix/glue the canopy with sufficient strength. The details and texture effects on the skins bear a distinctive Yoav signature but I don't think he was involved in the design .
Cheers, Erik |

Looks great. Glad you left the canopy open to show some of the details.

The canopy is not solidly glued. There are just two links on the fuselage and the "hydraulic". Anyway, it holds.
And that’s it. For a “first” with a MS kit, it was an excellent one! Well-engineered, well produced, fine quality paper, very good assembly diagrams. As indicated in my first post, maybe the darker grey shade should be bluish. The petal method applied on the large tank’s nose is not to my taste, either. Not a lot of drawbacks on a kit that I would not hesitate to recommend, including the laser cut set. And the Mirage 2000 lines are so elegant… |
