Thanks, Dan
This model is very “structure intensive”, as you can see in the pictures. See how the designer devised a stack of card parts to fix the front landing gear wire. Good solution. The laser cut parts fit perfectly. The last picture shows some work on the front landing gear compartment.

As a builder I appreciate it very much if designers pay attention to a sturdy landing gear. If this results in a compromise between realism and practicality then so be it! The model seems to have a very nice print, with shadow effects at the rivets. Nice!

@ Erik - I agree, of course! Both with the landing gear solution and the colour effects.
@ Dan - and it is all included in the laser cut set!
Continuing with the cockpit detail. I added card reinforcements to the cockpit side panels, to keep them flat. Assembling the head up display at such an early stage was not very wise, as it is very fragile. Well, the front fuselage will be kept aside for a while…

Thanks, Tino and Gary
Before “attacking” the fuselage, I took a small break with the flaps and ailerons. The take quite a few parts! As the formers are laser cut, the modeller only gets the good point: ease of assembly...

Thanks, Jomev
The fuselage structure includes all those parts shown in the first picture. No doubt the laser cut set is justified! Assembly was completely trouble free. The nozzle assemblies will be kept apart, as I want to have access to the rear fuselage skin from the inside. It will surely help.
