Airliners.net

OK, probably most people here know this one, but in case anyone has not seen it, check out Airliners.net | Airplanes - Aviation - Aircraft- Aircraft Photos & News - I dropped by to do some research for a Tu-144 I'm building, and ended up spending hours just looking at the superb photos. Enjoy!

Hello Graham..

Tell us more about the TU-144 you are building. I bought one from P.M.I. about a year ago. Seems the engine design was simplified for the model, or maybe its the real prototype design... i dont know. I have not started mine yet.. trying to finish up some long overdo ships. Are you thinking about doing a building thread? Love to see how its done.!

Gregg

Airliners.net: the favourite time waster of planespotters. There are some really great photos in there and some rare birds indeed.

Tu-144

The model is the Maly Modelarz one - and as I don't read Polish (except for recognising a few words like "samolot" and "skala") and there being only a few sketches and diagrams to go off, I'm struggling a bit. Still, as Maly models go, this is a relatively straightforward one; I'll give it a go anyway.
