Yeah, I think the center tank hangs too low
and that makes the plane look even lower.

I fitted the main gear straight inline with the fuselage.
In reality the gear is turned slightly outwards and angled outwards.
But this made the plane sit even lower, which I didn't like.

The plane does have a low profile when parked, and I think the scale height is very close...
I think the main gear needs to be enlarged or lengthened enough to raise the aircraft slightly
and to allow for the proper spread out angle of the gear.

I also didn't get the right amount of vertical Tail angle!
(I am so stuck on the look of Tomcat, that I didn't pay proper attention)
and my tail fins are almost straight up and down!

hahaha the "big" Blue Angels #1 has suffered yet another refit!
I cant get past the first two fuselage sections...had to reprint them again!
Small gaps are now big gaps.
Small fit issues are now big fit issues.
And I am experimenting with ways to work around them!

and I am trying to fit some formers to help the second fuselage section retain its shape.
heres the first look at "big blue"
(if things go well, I will start a build thread...if not, just forget you ever saw this)
