Boelcke's D.II 386/16 and Richtofen's D.II 491/16 are beautifully recreated in the 1/32 limited edition kit by Encore (Roden's D.II with extra goodies by Squadron.) I recommend it to any of you who "go both ways" (paper or pl***ic).

Old Troll that brings up a good possibilty-you could very easily take the DII with the ear radiators and make both versions of 491/16 (wood fuselage and the later red painted version) thats offered in that kit.
