I guess we all built those pretty Monogram 1/72d airplanes at one time or another.

Carl - I recommend you send a PM to Roman Vasyliev (kampfflieger) regarding the F4B and the F11C. I suspect they will eventually show up at Chris Gutzmer's ECardmodels site, but until then, I think it's Roman Direct.

Yep, I remember those Monogram kits. I think I actually still have one in the unbuilt configuration. The F4B is one of my all time favorite aircraft. When I saw Roman offer it I had to have it and get right on it.

I like the idea of using wires as guy wires...imagine that. I used that method on a couple of plastic kits a decade or so back. As soon as I get a minute I'll give it a try on this F4B, the F11C and the F3F coming up.

Not much building going on today...I have to be at work from 0700 to 0700 tomorrow.

...just to echo Don...give Roman a PM and I'm sure he'll get you squared away if your looking for this kit. This F4B kit is a real great kit. It goes together pretty easy.
