Barry's Maersk Sealand Express

I started this a few months ago but then put it on the back burner, I want to finish it now for Barry. I will be doing a diorama with it and adding a dock with the Maher container cranes I design just for him. This might take a while because I still wanna design some container trucks and other cranes to go in the diorama.

So here is to you Barry, thank you for all your hard work and for stunning models.

Excellent! I was preparing to begin construction of this ship just before Barry passed away. I will watch your build closely to learn from your experience. I've downloaded your crane, as well, so a diorama is not out of the question . . . but a long way off.

Awesome, Shaun!

That will be a superb diorama...I know Barry would be thrilled to see his vessel built in such a brilliant manner. You have done a wonderful job thus far, she looks great!

Cheers!
Jim

Not sure if I am right, but wasn't there one of those box runners already?

One of these http://i01.i.aliimg.com/photo/v0/106276311/Container_crane.jpg
would be cool as well?

Not sure about a box runner, never searched for one. I do like the one in the pic you posted, I might have to design one of those too.

I am trying to design every thing that is used at the Maher container ship yard, I wanna do this all right for Barry.

Here is a pic of the box runner I designed and the yard truck.

Eep, tiny truck is tiny! But it does look good!

I once worked at a company that makes the container graplers/clamps, the business end of the cranes. Fun place to work at, I still like the smell of the welding that happened there.
