Ok, here is the finished turret with canopy and center post. Center post is a round tooth pick colored black and cut to 1." length. Everyone please let me know what you think. My best.

Ok, here is the Monitor finished. The only thing left to do is add it to the base and then I'll take some final pictures. I added a ladder to the side of the turret and used some cotton to simulate smoke from the stacks. Avery indicated that he is almost done with the final model, and when he is done, I'll try and find time to do a build report. This is a very nice and easy to build model, and I thank him for letting me build it. He did a great job. My best.
