The Möwe

Ok, so in my neverending quest to get organized, I ran across a number of years worth of 'The Möwe' - The 'Quarterly Newsletter of the American Friends of Wilhelmshaven Models'. This was (is?) an annual subscription for a nominal fee from H&B Card Models (Peter Heesch Jr.). My copies run from 1998 to 1/2003 - although I don't have every copy in that time frame. I know there are some nice model reviews and tip articles mixed throughout from reading it when they were received.
Finding them got me thinking, is any of this information archived online anywhere? I know from the format that some of the discussions were from a posting on a board / message forum of some kind. Does that board / forum survive to this day? I know I recognize names in the magazine that I see around online - just wondering what information anybody else may have about this publication.
