You can download individual pages but you need to have a valid login to a participating institution in the Hathi trust to get the whole book.

check out page 161, plate 37. photo #1 is labeled as a type 1922. it looks an awful lot like a British Medium D.

That's because the Ordnance Dept decided to build a prototype with Johnson's cable suspension and snake track like the Medium D. The hull was much the same as the M1921 but the track and suspension looked a lot like the Medium D. For those who are interested in what the Medium D was - Landships II.

The M1922 still survives - it's rotting away in Anniston, GA.
