Mmm... Never heard of it. I made the model from reference shots and the various diagrams available. Like nearly everything in the early SW years, there is a lot of conflicting information on the bloody thing, from the size/shape of the wings, to the general angle and shape of the cockpit.

It is sitting here near my desk taunting me... The really hard work remaining is the cockpit. All the rest is just skin and details (and the dreaded UV mapping). I hope to get to it in the spring, depending on the progress of my other work.

yeah, and that's a very big problem. x-wing alliance upgrade team seems to work well in that way, because till now my only complaint is about the nebulon b opt.file, based on that useless blueprint but, regarding other ships, it's a thumb up for me.
anyway, here you can find that program (Opt GL v1.0.4), in the middle of the page: it's very simple to use and allows you to download from X-Wing Alliance Upgrade all the new models to upgrade the game and open them, rotate them and so on. there's only one problem: for some files you won't need to have installed x-wing alliance, but for others you will... but maybe you have that game
it's not a miraculous program, but it can be very helpful
