GM PDA-3703 "Highway Cruiser" Intercity Bus
A few months ago, grandpa asked for this bus built by GM in the forties. Here is the protoype. Far from perfect, but not bad either for a first build. I have a few minor adjustements/corrections to do here and there, but overall I am pretty satisfied.
The paint scheme is from Colonial Coach Lines, then a subsidiary of Provincial Transport (grandpa worked for them in the sixties and seventies) based here in Quebec. Colonial would eventually become Voyageur Colonial and was ultimately sold to Greyhound in 1998 I guess. Next step is Photoshop. Cami |

It's beautiful, Cami!
The color scheme is a little like the Baltimore Transit Company buses I rode in the late 1940s and 1950s. Don |

That brings back memories. My uncle worked for Greyhound as a mechanic in the 50's and I remember busses that looked like that. I got to visit the shop a few times but that was around 60 years ago, I don't remember much but the big rounded busses.

Beautiful work! As usual, you accurately captured the shape and character of a handsome vintage vehicle!
