Life at our house is crazy right now. In addition to my wife's full time teaching position, she is currently taking four graduate courses. That combined with my job and all of the kid’s activities - lacrosse, track and field, wrestling and baseball, there is not much extra time left over for modeling. But that’s okay, they are only going to be young once. In a few years they will be off to college and I will wonder where all of the time went. As far as modeling goes I’ve been working on the ICM freebie Panzer IV (you can follow my build here http://www.papermodelers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1110 . Once that’s done I’d like to build either the WWI Tsar Tank or the Stuart M3 Honey. Who knows, right now I just have to take one day at a time….:o

I just finished up my build for Ron's contest, so am presently between models as well as jobs. I will start another model....whether I can say the same for jobs is a different story. The synopsis of the past couple of months is in my Maly contest build thread. My major effort right now is much the same as Phil's....mining the internet for reference materials while waiting for various body parts to quit hurting. As much as I can, I try advancing progress on my 1:1 scale WIP (hobby shop). Only one more wall to be framed up, then things get serious with sheetrock. I will shortly start on my build for the internet freebie contest going on over at Card Models group, soon as I can decide which model to use. Every time I think I have it nailed down, someone posts a new freebie sighting that makes me rethink my choice. I also need to eventually do the GPM Hood kit that Ron was kind enough to advance me.....just as soon as I get the HS floor tiled and building table built.

Try the Konradus M5 Stuart rather than the Flymodel M3 - it used to be a free download but ask if you want a copy - it's a good model with enough complexity to keep you amused for a while.

Regards,

Charlie

Charlie is this the one that you are referring to... If so, I agree!

Ninety percent of my days of late have been organizing my stamp collection...designing album pages, building a database...things like that.

The other 10 percent is spent between photography and model design. When April rolls around, I'll probably move to finish my latest creation and spend less time on the collection.
