No Dave, i am not being funny, i did send it to you, on the 11th
it is a nice high quality shot, and i have not gotten any indication that it was rejected

you might have to look and check on your side of things

or one with an image.

I'm pretty good at viewing all my mail, I have no spam blocks in place.
My spam and bulk mail are marked that way, but still come into my main Inbox
because too often I have seen good mail marked as bad by the ISP.

I honestly don't believe anything has come through here.

Please send it again?

I hope you will all accept the Calendar as a gift
and as a fun project that I was proud to take on.

I want to thank all that helped with the Calendar.
I'd also like to thank all who responded to my requests for Photos.
I appreciate the effort to deliver me some higher quality pics to choose from.

Since there just isn't enough room to get everybody's photos in the Calendar,
I have to apologize to those who may have submitted photos,
that unfortunately weren't used.

I had an idea for the types of photos I wanted to use, so that also restricted my choices.

I know not everyone will agree with all the Model/Photo choices,
but I made a big effort to just choose a variety of Models
from different categories and styles.

Skill level, years of modeling experience, celebrity status...all these things had no bearing on my choices.

I literally just went through all the Forums here, looking for interesting photos, photos that appealed to me,
photos that suited the intended design of the calendar,
and a wide array of models as to address as many categories as possible...

and lastly, I had to focus on the quality of photos.

I said it before...not everyone is a "master photographer".
And not everyone has high end professional camera equipment.
But unfortunately I had to think about the reproduction quality of photos in the calendar
and for final printing.
We have many amazing modelers here who have produced many amazing models, but alas don't always post the best photographs.

To those people, I can only say I am sorry to have not used your models in the calendar...it wasn't by choice.

Anyway, enjoy the Calendar.
lets do it again for next year!

Bing is Microsofts Search engine, like Google...I don't know what that has to do with me?
"whitesmoke"? I have no idea what that is?
Quotes from mlk.jr? ...again, no idea what that means.

are you referring to the download link, for the Calendar?

its just a link to a file on Megaupload.
Megaupload is the storage site where I keep all my files.

It sounds like your computer went somewhere else, and it had absolutely nothing to do with my file
or my file link.
Check with thousands of other downloaders, who have downloaded files from my megaupload account,
it had nothing to do with me.

All I can say, is try the link again
and tell me what happens.

Beautiful work my friend! I really liked January's page. It really captures a papermodeler's world and the lighting is so warm My wife saw the entire calendar page by page and asked me why I haven't been building in months...her prodding and your calendar have sparked it again. Thank you!

I don't know what the problem is, but it concerns me...

There shouldn't be any problem downloading my files.
When you click on the calendar download link
(or any of my file download links)
you should see this "Megaupload" download page:



and if you wait for the timer (on the right) to countdown
a Download Button will appear.
(The free download has a mandatory wait time to restrict multiple downloads)
If you want an instant download, you can buy a premium membership, like I have...I pay money to have my files hosted here.

Anyway, this is the only page you should see.
And once the Download button becomes available, just click it to start the download.
A "Save" window should appear allowing you to start the download and save the file.

If you see anything else during the link or download process
then somehow you have gone to the wrong place.
And you need to try the link again and/or let me know what has happened.

Just a note: some might ask "why don't I upload the file to the PM download section?"
Not because I don't want to share it with PM...
The site where I host all my files, also rewards me with extended premium service
by giving me points for all my traffic. So it helps pay off a little of my file hosting costs.
