Airshow Mishaps

I wasn't able to make it to this year's Geneseo Airshow , but thanks to local media I learned about this. Two seperate accidents, after more than 20 years of shows there.

Story here; Minor injuries after two separate planes crash at air show | Democrat and Chronicle | democratandchronicle.com

isn't it funny?...

Joseph Auger, crashed the Fokker replica.
Treated at the scene and released.
Glad to hear he is okay.

And yet, our first thought is, "oh no! is the plane destroyed?!"
LOL

Well, since the DR1 is a replica, I assume it can be rebuilt, assuming his money situation/insurance will allow it. I'm also glad his harness did its job and he's OK.

As for the private plane, probably a write-off, but also depends on insurance. I just hope the Ciura's will be OK.

I also hope today's show goes better than yesterday!
