Anyone else banned from "Zealot"
Over the weekend I tried to view "Zealot" got a message saying I was banned for piracy with no explanation as to why or what I did. I don't post often as my posts seem to be ignored by most. I don't sell models, I don't scan models etc. I don't enjoy being accused of something I didn't do.
I tried pm'ing Rhaven Black who I thought was a moderator over there no response yet. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I DID WRONG, DARN IT. |

Can't really comment. I got banned months ago because somebody else posted images of my own models, with my permission.

yes, they seem to be a bit "over-zealous" there... last time i checked (a year ago?). despite what they may claim, and the best efforts of well intentioned individuals, i can't see that their site has anything to do with paper modeling anymore. their loss is our gain.

well, since the topic has been brought up...
I have been posting at Zealot(again) since January. Ekuth asked for some support (before he retired) and inviting zealot members to join in the cutandfold modeling challenge seemed like a good excuse to return and show some support for their forum. Although there was no obvious interest, I kept posting updates on the challenge (just as I have doing here). Until two weeks ago. Thats when Zathros returned to Zealot....I thought he got banned from there too? And the first thing he did was report me to the staff claiming all my posts were in violation of the Forum rules. (The new Admin apparently agreed and removed all past posts with regards to the modeling contest) And to top it off, he has now been promoted to Moderator. lmao Zealot has gone from disaster to lost cause (in my opinion) and I'm sorry I wasted any effort going back there. anybody seen my boat?
