Well done, Mike. I, too, am a Star Wars fan, at least I was until the prequels came out. I trust Abrams will do a better job. Can't wait to see Episode VII.

JJ turned "Star Trek" into "Star Wars". Let's hope he doesn't turn "Star Wars" into "Star Trek". At least we all will be blinded by zillions of 3D lens flares!

Or: Han, Chewy and Oompa Loompa crash-land on a mysterious asteroid and get LOST. Flasbacks show what happened between ep VI and ep VII.

Just kidding. Time will show how the next eps will turn out. I'm sure we will definitely meet some interesting characters and new ships for our model collection.

I really didn't get into JJA's Star Trek. Not sure about Ep VII either... everyone is so ooold.

I would have liked Old Republic cycles: Mandalorian Wars, Jedi Civil War, The Rises of Revan, and the story of The Exile.

I'm looking forward to the new movies. In fact, I did like the Star Trek movie a lot (including the new Enterprise) and hope that the new SW movies will be just as good.

But yes, I wish someone would make movies about the time before Ep I... loved to see how all began.
