This might be the reason for talks to expand the visit Lincolnshire should get it's fair share of displays too. East Kirby should be a sight as they are bound to wheel Just Jane out for it. Ultimate dream venue for the visit would be a two Lancaster run at Derwent Water

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, I am going to the Bournemouth Air Festival in August, and I see that they will be flying both Lancs at the festival on TWO days!!!!
I am gonna get a double dose!!!!! :D :D

Great to see that it's coming over here to the UK. But I can't understand why they have left it so late in the year, all the major shows are in June and July, it means a lot of people will miss out seeing them together.

Still it's going to be a great event.

Maybe it was to fit in with her home commitments I can imagine there would be a few raised voices here if the City of Lincoln was over there for the main part of the season. I hope that the BBMF can return the favour and go over there. The trend for sending aircraft back and forth is definitely one I'd like to continue.
