I've got a Russian friend who says based on the message, that he's from Tajekistan, sounds like a young teen, and is speaking "not quite Russian" that is full of slang. And vykladyvayt means "put in" like "put on the site"

Airdave, you're gonna wind up being the Forums official Piracy Shizek.... unless that turns out to be a rude word, of course! :-D

my Russian friend says to write it in plain English, mark it as important, and then tell him that in order to receive your gift of free models, they must come look at the models on your site that require purchasing to be fair to your paid career as an artist. if that fails to get the point across without any co-operation or apology he is ripping you off and doesn't care.

she says ''upstart'' but from what she was trying to say I would say it was more like ''rebel'' or ''loudmouth'' or protestor''.

No Dave...not a rebel....not you....anyone but you. O woe, another idol bites the dust. Augh! Is there no one left?

All I got from that translation is that you're a "dark man chewing gum". What's not to get Dave? Makes perfect sense to me...
But, actually, I'm very interested in this issue. I want to re-release my old line of pre-printed kits as PDF downloads as you do on your site. I just don't know how to get around piracy, especially when it's international. Do we just have to put up with a certain amount of theft and rely on the decent honest folks to support our business? What do you think the percentage of your kits downloaded have proper payment to you? It doesn't seem like we're going to beat this. Look at what Napster did to the music industry with their file sharing. Do we go on about our business, or we'll drive ourself nuts trying to plug up leaks? Thanks for fighting this Dave, I hope you can make a difference.
