Amazing that they are still around (even though I suspect really only in preservation).

I saw one in the distance the other day from an historic flight!

Any working DC3 still around anyone knows of?

Here in Colombia at Villavicencio there are several civilian DC-3s still flying on a daily basis connecting the small cities of our "llanos orientales" (eastern prariries). I'm not sure about the number, but here must be at least a dozen. Our National Police and the Air Force have a couple too (upgraded to Bassler) they use as ghost planes against the guerilla.

And, of course, over on the other side in Alaska there is:
Desert Air
Our Fleet

and TransNorthern:
Air cargo Anchorage, AK - TransNorthern Aviation

Still lots of active possibilities for repaints. TransNorthern would look great for another Alan Rose variant .

With appreciation,
John
