So it is just announced, Carrie Fisher, i.e. Princess Leia, has passed away.

For some of us, our youth is passing before our eyes. Glen Frye, Carrie Fisher, George Michael, etc. Bad year for "our" generation.

2016 has been a tough year all the way around and I will be glad to see it gone!! It's taken icons,friends,and family so lets hope 2017 is better.

What a gifted actress and she added a lot to Star Wars. At least she is the 8th movie. A year away so I'll be looking forward to that. She was funny on Big Bang TV program. For me she was the Mom in the Star Wars movies. She will be missed very much. A sad day for us all. RIP Princess and take good care of Obi Wan. wc.
