Hi everybody,

We just opened our webstore for paper models in Australia.

and on Facebook

We get a new delivery almost every week from the fentens papermodels warehouse in Germany and on the long run we will have the full range available here in Brisbane, Australia, too.

Before this post I’ve been browsing through this forum for a while and I saw that there were some questions a while ago regarding HMV, fentens papermodels and the former companies Scheuer & Struever and moduni. Yes – same people.
My wife Ulrike and I do the HMV paper model range and fentens papermodels in Europe and now in Australia, too.

I hope for some of you this is a late Christmas present

Hey John, thanks!

The main warehouse stays in Germany. So it'll be www.papermodel.com. We're working on a new shop system and want to improve the english version - coming soon, hopefully. HMV is also available on amazon.co.uk. The same goes for our US customers. It makes no sense to send from Australia to the US - Australia Post is not really the cheapest option...

Wow!! I am very happy. I have always wanted to try a HMV kit, but the postage always made it prohibitively expensive. I will be placing an order soon.

Great to see Fentens in OZ.
Hopefully they will let everyone know of their existence and modelers will utilize them.
Supporting Fentens Australia will ensure their continued presence here in OZ.

Well, it's hardly rocket surgery now is it.
That is great news for us OZ modelers and no doubt of benefit to our Kiwi brethren also.

As a side note, the above mentioned kit is simply fabulous. Can hardly wait it build it.
Having to force myself not to start it until I finish my current build, P.S Pevensey, which I'm starting again. Just wasn't happy with the build quality.

i have bought from the german site direct and just wondering if there is any price benefit to buying from aussie site bearing in mind i would also have postage from aussie to here
