Threads out of "public view"

To those who are members of multiple forums:

I have no problem with that. I do belong to several forums, except one.

For another forum admin to claim we removed a thread from "public view"
is absurd. The thread was never removed. We do not post a comment,
then remove it in the hopes that our members will not remember that it was in fact posted.

The simple, simplest fact is, our members have continued to post meaningful, content
relevant posts, thus putting the offending posts/disagreements behind us . Again proving that
papermodelers.com is the pre-eminent English speaking forum in town.

Threads out of "public view" is exactly what corduroy should be and polyester leisure suits should have been.

Hey, we need reminders that we're really not as advanced as we think we are!

Corduroy ... Jeans??? This ol' duffer still spends 90% of my time in Jesse Duke style dungarees. The other 10% is spent in a 'Onesie' (or naked in bed) ... Medical problems prevent me from wearing a belt, or anythig tight around the waist.

Funnily enough, walkin' round ASDA (UK Walmart) a week or so back, several people stopped me to ask where I got the dungarees from? Seems they might be the height of fashion again

I was asked by Ricksteff to retract a threat. I wasn't meaning a physical threat, singling out someone to defame their character is a breach of the rules here and what I was intending was to complain to the admins about all of this back biting and what appeared to be a cover up about a removal of a thread. I apologize also if my intention was so widely interpretable as to make anyone feel physically threatened. I think we all are at our wit's end with all this hatred going on, and I feel strongly about it being stopped. again for clarity's sake, I retract my statement that appears to be threatening. Next time I feel the need to warn anyone about improper forum conduct, suspected or blatant, I will state my intention to complain to the administrators clearly.
