Dismayed at a popular artist's comments

I know this is offsite but a very well known scifi card model artist has made some disturbing covid restriction/vaccination comments on a well known social media website. This is a great disappointment.

If anyone on here shares the same opinion. Please keep it to yourself. I personally have had to deal with family members who I will eventually have to see hospitalized because of their misguided views and antics.

We all have had to deal with the last 18+ months and the sacrifices that were made for the greater good without publicly undermining such efforts.

One of the primary reasons I don't go on social media sites; plus being somewhat an iconoclastic, asocial being.

Politics is all about swaying or controlling opinions.
Its not just about governmental politics.
Your personal views and opinions are your own politics.

You are within your rights to criticize or oppose someone elses views,
but your post is also an attempt to stifle the rights of others
(specifically the "artist" you disagree with or anyone here who disagrees with you).
So you are doing exactly what you are complaining about.

...and, on a hobbycraft forum as opposed to a social discussion and commentary site.

Lets talk about the IPMC.

Vaccinated, unvaccinated, I don't care just wear a mask... the funny thing is, the people who refuse to wear a mask, are the same folks that put on their seat belt because it could save their life.

I'm vaccinated and still practice prevac protocols because there is more than Covid out there. Last year I had no Flu symptoms or colds. No politics involved. Just common sense. Masks help prevent everything.
