Some of those channels should be taken with a pinch of salt regarding the accuracy of information. They are not the worst though, some 'history' channels are totally unreliable and sensationalist.
- I can recommend Military Aviation History for good, well-researched videos on aircraft. He often goes to museums and does walkarounds of the machines and looks through archive documents. - Greg's Airplanes and Automobiles is also very stringently researched and as such he produces long-form videos, often in multiple parts, and explains in detail aircraft systems and processes. His commitment to accuracy and being clear about primary sources and original documents is gold standard. I often put these on audio only and treat them as podcasts whilst building. - Rex's Hanger is also worth watching, covering lesser-know types as well as famous planes.
