GPM ordering problem

I have been trying to 9rder some kits off of GPM's website. Registered, log in etc. Hit the shopping cart button and nothing shows up in the basket. Website issue? Because the item is out of stock? Do they need a payment option first? To quote Steve Martin, "I'm so confused".

OK, figured it out. Sited closed thru 8 November. The error message finally translated.
