This is a bit garbled (I get it's translated) and can't quite be certain what is being said here. The owner (?) of GPM wants to stop and retire, or someone else is taking over the company from him, or there's some issue with staff?

It may very well be true, but offering this strange translation does not instill confidence.

Actually it's a pretty close translation of the statement. Link is legit. I saw it on FB too. It looks like sometime next year GPM is closing down. As he mentioned, one longtime employee already left and joined Answer.

Retirement and also the war in Ukraine. Poland is suffering the terrible economic consequences as a neighbouring country and most publishers are not releasing new publications. A pity, but I am not surprised.
