Well, I hadn't built anything since October, as life thought slapping me around like a hockey puck
in the Stanley finals game would be amusing. So, I thought to myself, self, with the oldest son on
his way after the Christmas holiday, I would have a week to do up a last build of 2023.

Here ya go.









That's right. There isn't one. It seems I was gifted a raging case of ....InnnFluuuEnnnnZaaaa (dramatic voice).
By Wed, it was bad, and getting worse. For whatever reason, this version came in and did a bad number.
The doc heard one cough and said "oh yeah". It took only one breath for him to say, "that's quite the wheeze you got".

I'm pretty sure with the stuff he gave me, it was serious. I think I have slept 20 of any given 24 hour period.

So, with that, I want to wish my Paper model family worldwide, the best of a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

I know mine can only go up from here!

Sorry to hear that you were ill, Flyboy.

We had a New Year's Eve dinner at the Bruges (Rick's favorite restaurant in Carlisle) with Don III, Don IV, and Judy, and a text contact with Christopher, who sent a video of the fireworks in the sky over Dakar (another link with Rick).

Ray! I just saw this and felt very low indeed. My wife has had something since just after Christmas and she is knocked out too.
