You're probably right Dave. Here are my settings, hope they help to determine what to do. :-)

there are a couple of addons in that list, that I am unsure of
...I will have to look into those. there are also a couple of addons that I would remove, but thats another matter! lol you might also have related programs on your system that are "browser integrated" ...meaning they are not a browser addon, just will perform certain operations when you are using your browser. thanks for sharing those specs

I found this to be very helpful
How to save Adobe Flash files in Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer | AskStudent It is the same method given by ponytail. Files of a website are stored in a cache by the browser in order to speed up opening the website again. (I normally keep my cache set at zero because with my high speed connection it is quicker to simply reload from the 'net than to hunt them up in my hard drive for display.) Anyways, with Opera, you open the website, open each page of the instructions in turn. Leave the internet connection open. Then open "Tools", then "Advanced", then "Cache." You will see the addresses of the files for the website. Hunt through them to find the jpegs for the instructions. (If you empty your cache before you open the website it will be easier to find the files you want.) Open each jpeg, right click to "save file" and save it to wherever you like. I just did this with the Bugatti instructions so I know it works in Opera. |

The above does not work with the Renault Gordini files because the instructions appear in the cache as an .html file which can be stored where you like and opened with your browser.

Why not try sending an email to the designer and ask for a pdf/html version of the instructions?
