Papercraft on TV

I like to see my obscure interests break through to the mainstream. I have seen papercraft on tv twice in the last week;

Mary Shelley’s Frankenhole: is a stop-motion tv show that looks like they use paper as their primary material. Pretty cool concept, even though the show doesn’t look that good (but I haven’t seen it, so I can’t say). It’s on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim.

Paint Swatch Commercial: I don’t know the brand of paint, but there is a minute long commercial using papercraft stop-motion/cgi/something. Paper paint swatches turn into trees, flowers and bees flying around in a very colorful world.

Maybe I never noticed papercraft in mainstream media before or maybe its all just string theory in actionJ

-I’m at work and can’t pull up utube videos for this stuff, sorry-

I saw that Sherwin-Williams ad on TV the otherday myself, I also thought it was really cool I even made a comment to my wife about it...She told me that the next time we go out shopping at Lowe's I had to stay away from the paint aisle and to get any bright ideas I was not allowed to help myself to any their free swatches.
